There is part-time support for the administration and joint venture. 15+ years experience is required. The candidate will work closely with project management to identify, define and forecast contracted services and material requirements. Ensure comprehensive contracting strategy plans are prepared that reflect the project execution plan and result in the best value for the project. Prepare contracts including prequalification of contractors, developing bidder lists, preparing and issuing requests for bids and proposals and contract documents. Develop, maintain and foster effective business relationships and ensure supplier and owner contract obligations are met. Provide support to the Senior Manager and manage C&P staff when necessary. Interpretation of strategies into execution plans. Development of procurement and contracting strategy for the projects. Bid clarifications, analysis and recommendation. Working in cross functional teams with Technical and Business to represent commercial requirements. Contract negotiations, award and formation. Market analysis and analysis of supplier performance. Understanding and management of HSE pre-qualification / local and aboriginal content commitments/environmental commitments. Able to clearly explain SC project and policy requirements and direct EPCM procurement staff to provide deliverables.
